Preschool Lead Teacher

The lead teacher will be responsible for creating a warm, safe, and inviting classroom environment while collaborating with fellow teachers to deliver a fun, age-Appropriate curriculum. Key duties include guiding play, modeling kindness, sharing daily milestones with parents, and planning a balanced daily schedule.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, with a minimum of six months' experience as a preschool teacher or in a licensed daycare setting. Flexibility during business hours is required, though a child development associate (Cda) or a degree in early childhood education is preferred.
