Player Development Professional - First Tee of Prince William County

The role involves leading and managing first tee youth programs, ensuring high-Quality curriculum delivery, and maintaining accurate participant records. Additionally, the professional will organize and lead golf operations including leagues, tournaments, and provide individual golf instruction consistent with organizational philosophies.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, along with experience in teaching or coaching youth, and ideally pga/Lpga professional or associate status. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and saturdays.
