Behavior Technician/Behavior Technician / RBT - Center

Behavior technicians directly assist children affected by autism in developing vital skills like communication, social interaction, and self-Care by executing aba-Based behavior intervention plans under the direction of a bcba. Responsibilities include observing, recording, reporting client progress, managing challenging behaviors, and maintaining detailed daily paperwork and data collection.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children, along with strong interpersonal skills for positive interaction with children and families. While rbt certification or completion of the 40-Hour course is a significant advantage, prior experience with children is also considered beneficial.
