The child interventionist implements individualized treatment plans directed by a bcba, observing, recording, and reporting client progress and managing challenging behaviors consistently using behavioral principles. They also assist clients in acquiring academic and life skills while maintaining professional communication with the treatment team and completing accurate daily documentation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children, coupled with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills for engaging with children and families. Reliable transportation is mandatory, and the role requires the ability to pass a company background check and handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
