The instructor will lead high-energy Zumba classes designed to elevate heart rates and encourage movement while embodying the welcoming and motivating Crunch vibe. Responsibilities also include preparing playlists, arriving early, engaging with members, maintaining studio tidiness, and promoting in-club events to foster community growth.
Candidates must possess charisma, rhythm, and a genuine passion for dance fitness, holding current Zumba certification and CPR/AED readiness. Prior teaching experience or a dance background is a bonus, but strong presence and the ability to connect with and coach people purposefully are considered the most valuable assets.
