The instructor will lead members through safe, effective, and exhilarating group workouts, ensuring classes are high-impact and results-driven for all fitness levels. Responsibilities also include arriving on time, preparing the space, maintaining cleanliness post-class, and actively promoting in-club events to build the community.
Candidates must possess an outgoing, friendly, and motivating personality, along with a nationally accredited Group Fitness or Personal Training certification (such as AFAA, NASM, or ISSA) and current CPR/AED certification. Prior experience in teaching, coaching, or personal training is preferred, alongside a genuine love for fitness and making workouts fun.

As a Crunch Group Fitness Instructor or HIIT Coach, you’ll lead members through safe, effective, and exhilarating workouts that leave them sweaty, smiling, and coming back for more. You’ll:
