The primary role involves creating a safe and positive swimming experience for all age groups within the aquatic complex, which includes supervision and executing swim instruction. Essential duties also cover enforcing rules, performing lifesaving procedures when necessary, and assisting with facility operations like event setup and breakdown.

Candidates must possess current certifications as an american red cross water safety instructor and american red cross cpr for the professional rescuer. Certifications in american red cross lifeguard training and first aid are preferred for this role.
