Clubhouse Engagement Coordinator

The coordinator will promote hope, autonomy, and empowerment by engaging members in structured, therapeutic group work supporting vocational skills and facilitating recovery-Focused workshops. Responsibilities also include supporting employment navigation, connecting members to community resources, and completing required documentation.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field and have experience working in a residential setting with adults experiencing severe mental illness. A valid massachusetts driver's license is also required for this role.
