The teacher is responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lesson plans and instructional materials while developing schemes of work and assessments according to established guidelines. 1. Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning. 2. Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments that are in accordance with established guidelines. 3. Instruct and monitor students. 4. Use relevant technology to support and differentiate instruction. 5. Manage student behavior inside and outside the classroom according to established guidelines. 6. Provide appropriate and meaningful feedback on student work. 7. Observe and assess student performance and development. 8. Maintain accurate and complete records of student progress and development. 9. Assign and grade classwork, homework, assessments, and assignments. 10. Participate in district, school, department, and parent meetings. 11. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
