Bcbas are responsible for the ethical and evidence-Based delivery of behavior analytic services to assigned clients with asd or developmental disabilities, including case management, staff training, and interdisciplinary collaboration. This involves completing assessments, conceptualizing therapy goals, creating treatment plans, reviewing data, and ensuring frequent communication and training with families and caregivers.

Candidates must possess a master's degree and either an active, credentialed bcba status in good standing or a master's degree in a related field with at least five years of experience providing behavior analytic services. A thorough understanding of applied behavior analysis (Aba) principles is mandatory.
