Early Childhood Teacher Assistant

The early childhood teacher assistant will support teachers by implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for infants and toddlers in a safe, nurturing environment. This role involves active participation in indoor/Outdoor play, assisting with enrichment activities like swim lessons, and fostering positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Minimum qualifications require applicants to be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged, and must pass a federal background check and state fingerprinting, along with one year of experience working with children. Preferred qualifications include college credits or a cda credential in child development, and relevant experience milestones.
