Instructional Aide II

The instructional aide ii will deliver personalized support to k-12 students in a special education program, implementing individualized strategies aligned with ieps, itps, and pbips in classroom and community settings. Key duties include assisting with curriculum implementation, behavioral support, job coaching, physical care needs, and maintaining accurate student documentation and safety oversight.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience supporting children, preferably in special education or behavioral health settings. Required qualifications also include obtaining a ca emergency 30 day sub permit and maintaining a valid ca driver's license, with a willingness to drive company vehicles.
