Lead Teacher

The lead teacher must prepare and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans one week in advance using current curriculum guides, covering all areas of child development. Responsibilities also include maintaining professional rapport with families, ensuring child safety and well-Being, and managing classroom organization, assessments, and biannual conferences.

Qualified candidates must possess the lead teacher qualification, defined as a child development associate (Cda) credential or at least 6 ece college-Level credits, and must pass all required background checks. The role demands physical ability to work around small children, including lifting up to 40 lbs, and requires a positive attitude for working in a fun, professional environment.
