Core responsibilities
The bcba will provide expert supervision to aba technicians and train staff and parents on individualized treatment plans before service initiation. Responsibilities also include developing tailored skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans based on aba principles.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold current certification as a bcba through the bacb and possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-Solving, and time management skills. Experience managing clinical staff and mentoring supervisory level clinicians is also required.
