Core responsibilities
As a bcba, you will provide supervision and guidance to aba technicians and develop tailored skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans. You will also monitor and adjust behavior plans based on each child's progress and needs.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have current bcba certification and excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing clinical staff and mentoring is also required.
