Core responsibilities

Requirements summary
Candidates must possess an associate's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of two years of experience working with transition-Aged youth, individuals with disabilities, or in job development/Coaching. Required competencies include knowledge of workforce development, strong communication, partnership building skills, and proficiency in microsoft office suite.
