School-Based Intervention Specialist

This role involves providing direct support to students with emotional and behavioral needs, serving as the lead response during classroom crisis situations. Specialists must utilize de-Escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviors and support students' daily routines, academics, and behavioral goals.

A high school diploma or ged is required for this position, though experience working with children, particularly in behavioral or special education settings, is strongly preferred. Candidates must be able to remain calm, take initiative in high-Stress situations, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
