Mentor South Bay, provides Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut. Salaries begin at $68,000 for unlicensed clinicians, licensed $75,000, plus $6,000 sign-on and monthly bonus incentives. About Mentor South Bay For 35+ years, Mentor South Bay has delivered Early Intervention, ABA, Behavioral Health, and Outpatient Mental Health services across MA and CT. We’re a collaborative, mission-driven team helping children, adults, and families reach their fullest potential—and we’re growing. What you’ll do Complete strengths-based assessments (mental status, behavioral patterns, relationships, family interactions) and, where applicable, diagnostic formulation. Develop individualized treatment plans. Provide in-home and community-based interventions; partner closely with the Family-Centered Support Specialist (FCSS) to implement plans. Coordinate care with schools, community partners, and referring/collateral agencies; connect families to resources. Ensure timely, accurate documentation and support team learning through case consultation and meetings. Provide clear closure and aftercare planning. Attending meetings; including team and supervision What you bring Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a closely related field. 1+ year of experience with children/youth License-eligible preferred but NOT required. Experience within family systems. Experience diagnosing Valid driver’s license in good standing; comfort traveling to homes/schools/community settings. Effective communicator and active listener; organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. EHR familiarity and basic computer proficiency.
