Youth Development Professional - Sapulpa (4915)

This role involves assisting program leaders in planning and leading center members and activities within a specific program area to support priority outcomes, while also ensuring the red shield youth centers provide an engaging and empowering environment for youth development. Essential functions include preparing youth for success through guidance and role modeling, implementing and monitoring programs for safety and quality, and assisting with facility and equipment management.

A high school diploma or g.e.d. Is the minimum educational requirement, with previous work experience with children and youth being preferred. The position requires the ability to perform constant physical activity, lift moderately heavy equipment (30-60 lbs), and effectively communicate in potentially challenging environments with youth and families.
