Peer Support Specialist/Counselor (Multilingual)/Parent Education Instructor

The role involves preparing and facilitating parenting education groups using approved curriculum, assessing parental capacities related to child safety, and providing in-Home peer-Based support, encouragement, and advocacy to families. Responsibilities also include coordinating logistics for sessions and collaborating with community partners to support family goals.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, fluent in both english and spanish, possess a high school diploma or ged, and have one year of experience working with youth/Families and facilitating parenting education groups. A mandatory requirement is having lived experience as the primary caregiver to a child with mental or behavioral health needs.
