Experienced RN- Registered Nurse - Pediatric OR Educator

The educator is responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting staff development and inservice programs for the assigned unit, including coordinating the nursing orientation program. This role also involves coordinating competency development, facilitating quality improvement activities, and planning/Implementing the preceptor program.

Candidates must be a graduate from an approved school of nursing and possess three years of experience in the specified area of teaching, holding current licensure with the oklahoma state board of nursing. Required certifications include basic life support (Cpr) instructor certification upon hire, along with strong presentation, communication, research, and computer skills.
