Dental Assistanting Instructor - PT

The primary responsibility is to teach dental assisting courses, typically two courses each term with one or two preparations. Faculty members are also expected to provide academic advising to students and participate in department training, meetings, and graduation.

Applicants must have completed an accredited dental assisting program resulting in a certificate or diploma, with an associate degree preferred. A minimum of three years of chairside experience as a dental assistant and specific certifications (Danb rhs and cda and/Or rda) are required.
