Preschool Teacher

The preschool teacher is responsible for developing and implementing weekly lesson plans and program goals while interacting with all children daily to encourage their individual development. This role also involves maintaining necessary program records, establishing positive communication with guardians, and ensuring the supervision of all students in a safe and clean environment.

Candidates must possess 30 credit hours in early childhood, elementary, or a related human services field, or 15 college credit hours plus one year of related experience, along with a current cda certificate. Applicants are also required to maintain up-To-Date dhs files and obtain all necessary new hire certifications and trainings within 90 days.
