Assistant Professor, CNA

The assistant professor will perform full-Time faculty duties including maintaining office hours, developing curriculum, assessing student learning outcomes, and participating in college meetings and committees. They are also responsible for ensuring certified nurse aide checkoffs meet regulatory standards and assisting the program director with new faculty orientation.

Required qualifications include an associate degree of nursing (Adn), a kansas or multi-State registered nursing license, and 3-5 years of clinical work experience focused on long-Term care, including a minimum of one year or 1,750 hours in that setting. The candidate must also possess the ability to teach classes and labs.
