Job Coach- Omaha

Job coaches work with individuals, including those with autism and developmental disabilities, to find suitable employment by attending training, supporting clients on the job, and developing natural support with employers. Responsibilities also include ensuring job performance meets employer expectations and providing instruction on social and problem-Solving skills.

Applicants must be at least 19 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with good verbal and written communication skills in english. A valid driver's license, proof of current auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation are mandatory for site-To-Site travel.
