Core responsibilities

The therapeutic mentor will provide therapeutic skill-Building support to children and adolescents aged 3-21 in various settings, working with treatment teams to help youth manage struggles resulting from social, emotional, psychological, and developmental issues. Essential functions include engaging youth in activities to teach new strategies, meeting clients in their homes and communities to work on treatment plan goals, and maintaining communication with treatment teams and families.
