Therapeutic Mentor

The therapeutic mentor will provide therapeutic skill-Building support to children and adolescents aged 3-21 in various settings, working with treatment teams to help youth manage struggles resulting from social, emotional, psychological, and developmental issues. Essential functions include engaging youth in activities to teach new strategies, meeting clients in their homes and communities to work on treatment plan goals, and maintaining communication with treatment teams and families.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license with car and insurance, and demonstrate commitment to high-Quality care, patience, and strong interpersonal skills. Required experience includes either a bachelor's degree in a human service field with 1 year of related experience, an associate's degree in a human service field with 1 year of experience with the target population, or a high school diploma/Ged with at least 2 years of experience working with children or adolescents.
