Behavior Support Specialist

The behavior support specialist assists in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and supports skill acquisition under the guidance of a bcba. They are responsible for observing behavioral patterns, collecting data, and contributing to treatment planning within a multidisciplinary clinical team.

A bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is strongly preferred, along with experience working with children with autism or in therapeutic settings. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 75 lbs.
