Youth Experience Instructor - Branch Programs

Instructors are responsible for leading youth and families in ymca-Approved activities and programs while maintaining a safe environment for all participants. This includes conducting classes according to national ymca standards, staying updated on new techniques, and incorporating ymca values.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with appropriate education and experience, holding necessary certifications for the specific programs taught, such as ymca group exercise instructor certification for fitness courses. Cpr, aed, and first aid certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
