Content Teachers are expected to understand math concepts, prepare classes based on Think Academy's curriculum, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate math lessons to pre-K and lower elementary students. Responsibilities also include managing the classroom, grading homework, and communicating feedback to students and parents.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or higher, although those currently pursuing one are eligible, and must be passionate about teaching math to children. Prior math teaching experience is not required but is a significant advantage, and a commitment to at least one full semester is mandatory.
