Credentialed Special Education Tutor (Foundational Literacy & Math)

The tutor will provide personalized, one-On-One instruction in foundational reading, writing (Pre-K level), and math skills, utilizing play-Based, engaging, and aba-Based strategies tailored to the student's iep. Key duties include supporting behavior, engagement, focus, and persistence, while adapting instruction based on student responsiveness and updating caregivers on progress.

Candidates must possess a valid teaching credential, preferably in special education or multiple subject, and have strong experience with applied behavior analysis (Aba) and instructional strategies for students with autism or attention challenges. Essential qualifications also include background support for early foundational literacy and math skills, coupled with an engaging personality capable of maintaining high student motivation.
