Job description

Camp ROCKS is an outdoor camp specifically designed for young people with autism who are 10 to 18 years of age. Campers enjoy a 5-night/6-day outdoor camp experience. Age-appropriate activities allow campers the opportunity to enjoy an outdoor camping experience in a fun, nurturing environment. Activities include science exploration, swimming, nature hikes, canoeing and much more!

Our small camp size, with a camper population of around 40 campers, makes for a manageable, enjoyable workload. As a nurse at Camp ROCKS, daily duties include: dispensing camper and staff medications, providing first-aid, keeping accurate records of camper visits to the medical center, and maintaining an organized, clean medical center. Meals and lodging are provided on the grounds of Bradford Woods, a scenic camp just outside of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Positions are available for the entire week (June 7-12) or for a selection of days during the week of camp.

Current Indiana nursing license required. RN and LPN positions available.
