School-based Occupational Therapist (Contractor)

The occupational therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat students while formulating individualized treatment programs and ieps. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating progress to the student's support team.

Candidates must hold a valid indiana license and a minimum of a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy. A master's degree and prior experience in school settings are preferred but not required.
