Assistant Coach - Temporary

The assistant coach assists in the organization, development, and leadership of a competitive field hockey program, including planning and conducting practice sessions and providing individual and group instruction. This role also involves administrative duties such as organizing team logistics, supporting game strategy development, and fostering a positive team environment.

Candidates must have prior experience in coaching and playing field hockey, preferably at the collegiate level, along with solid organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills. A requirement includes understanding ncaa rules, the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and the physical capacity to lift up to 30 lbs.
