Before/After School-Age Caregiver

The role involves assisting in leading and implementing a structured, educational, and recreational before and after school program for children aged 5 to 12, focusing on ymca core values like honesty and respect. Essential functions include ensuring site safety, maintaining required staff/Child ratios, implementing daily lesson plans, and developing positive relationships with children and their families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged; an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Required qualifications include current cpr, first aid, aed certifications, and training in child abuse prevention and communicable disease management, along with previous experience working with children.
