Center Aid

This role involves providing comprehensive assistance with all center operations, including classroom support, cleaning duties, safe food distribution, and clerical tasks for teachers. The assistant must also help in planning developmentally appropriate classroom activities and ensure the daily personal hygiene needs of the children are met.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged and be at least 18 years old, adhering to indiana state licensing regulations. After six months of employment, the individual is required to enroll in a child development associate (Cda) program or pursue an associate/Baccalaureate degree in early childhood education.
