Core responsibilities

This role also involves communicating daily updates to parents and designing a balanced daily schedule incorporating rest, activity, and skill development.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, meeting all state lead teacher requirements, with prior experience as an infant teacher being essential. Preferred qualifications include a child development associate (Cda) or a relevant college degree, along with previous preschool lead teacher experience and strong classroom management skills.
