Assistant teachers are responsible for ensuring the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom environment. They must also develop skills in accurately observing, assessing, and planning for children, alongside effectively communicating with families.

Candidates must possess the ability to meet state and/Or accreditation requirements for education and experience, demonstrating a passion for working with children. The role requires energetic and dependable individuals capable of engaging in physical activity both indoors and outdoors with the children.
