Market context

Pennsylvania school counselor roles stay competitive

In Pennsylvania, school counselor openings are often driven by student support needs, attendance concerns, and mental health services in K-12 settings. These roles are competitive because districts typically look for active certification or licensure, youth counseling or case management experience, and completed child abuse and suicide prevention trainings. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your credential matches the posting before applying.
