About the role

The Behavior Coach mentors students to develop self-control and positive decision-making skills while maintaining a safe environment. Responsibilities include monitoring behavior, responding to crises using de-escalation techniques, and collaborating with school staff to support student success.

As a Behavior Coach at River Rock Academy, you will guide and mentor students by promoting positive decision-making, self-regulation, and social growth.

You’ll provide structure and behavioral support while maintaining safety and collaboration across the school community.
