Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized treatment plans for clients, which includes monitoring progress through data collection and record maintenance. Additionally, the bcba must provide clinical supervision to bts, bcabas, and laba’s, ensuring high-Quality service delivery.

Candidates must possess a master's degree or national equivalent in a relevant field and hold a valid bcba certification along with state licensure. A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with special needs across various age groups is required, along with reliable transportation and eligibility for insurance programs.
