Youth Program Leader

The youth program leader implements the operation hero program and supervises school-Age children, ensuring they engage in fun and meaningful activities. This role also involves developing relationships with families and school personnel to facilitate effective communication.

A college degree in child development or a related field is preferred, along with 2+ years of experience working with children in a group setting. Cpr and first aid certification is required within 15 days of hire, and a valid driver's license is necessary.
