Certified Postpartum Doula

The certified postpartum doula will provide in-Home supportive services to african american mothers and infants, including breastfeeding support and mental health assessments. The role also involves community outreach to identify and enroll eligible clients for the program.

Candidates must be graduates of a postpartum doula training course and have experience working with diverse populations, particularly black/African american families. Certification as a lactation educator or similar is preferred, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
