Childcare Aide

The core responsibility involves educating and shaping the future of young children within the classroom environment. Aides are expected to support the growth and development of children while being part of the early learning academies community.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged. Required qualifications also include having completed edu 119 and 12+ hours of early childhood education coursework, or currently being enrolled, along with the ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements.
