Teacher: 5th grade

The core responsibility involves fulfilling the mission of providing a fine educational foundation by teaching 5th-Grade students using a researched-Based direct instruction curriculum emphasizing reading, writing, mathematics, science, music, and art. Teachers must maintain high behavioral and academic standards while inspiring young minds and committing to continuous self-Improvement.

Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in education and hold a valid teaching certificate from north carolina or a partnering state for the relevant subject area. Successful candidates should be prepared for the physically demanding nature of the job and demonstrate a compassionate commitment to student success.
