Admissions & Enrollment Coordinator (Program Technician 1)

This role manages the full admissions and onboarding lifecycle for prospective rn to bs (Rnbs) students, serving as a key liaison to the school of nursing admissions office. Responsibilities include recruitment, application processing, pre-Matriculation duties, post-Matriculation coordination, and serving as the primary academic advisor for concurrent enrollment students.

Required qualifications include three years of experience coordinating project or program subsets, with a bachelor's degree substituting for two years of experience, and 1-2 years of experience in student registration, transcript review, or academic advising within a higher education setting. Proficiency in systems like banner, advanced microsoft 365 tools, data management, and strong communication skills are essential, along with a valid oregon driver's license.
