Responsibilities include providing 1

1 and group behavior-Analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences, implementing positive behavior strategies developed by a bcba, and documenting session data to track treatment goals. Staff must also collaborate with families and supervisors and follow cortica's crisis protocols.

Candidates must have experience working with children, preferably with autism, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's or master's degree preferred. Applicants must be willing to obtain the bcat credential within 90 days and have reliable transportation to travel between client sites.
