HEAL High School - Therapy Pathway

The apprentice participates in supervised learning experiences to develop fundamental therapy technician skills, including patient safety, mobility support, and vital signs monitoring. This role focuses on learning therapy support tasks through shadowing and guided practice while demonstrating progressive competency attainment.

Candidates must be actively enrolled at heal high school, have completed their sophomore year, and be at least 16 years old. A minimum of 32 hours of prior hospital-Based learning is required, and basic life support certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
