Behavioral Specialist

The specialist will provide intensive, behaviorally focused mental health services to at-Risk children and their families, empowering them with tangible, strength-Based skills to manage target behaviors. Responsibilities include maintaining a caseload, meeting regularly with clients and caregivers, collaborating with the treatment team, and completing all required documentation accurately.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree, or an associate's degree plus one year of applicable experience, or a high school diploma/Ged plus two years of applicable experience working with youth or families. Applicants must be at least 21, possess a valid driver's license, and clear background checks.
