Youth Development Professional

The youth development professional will serve as a positive role model, supporting and leading young people by enforcing rules, encouraging positive behavior, and forming lasting relationships. Duties include overseeing daily recreation operations, organizing and facilitating various activities like games and musical instruction, and ensuring participant safety and fair treatment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a commitment to working four days a week, including required summer hours, adhering to the club's operating schedule. Applicants must also understand and implement behavior management principles and possess the physical capacity to interact with youth and operate standard office equipment.
