Academy Youth Development Professional

The youth development professional will act as a positive role model, supporting, leading, and encouraging young people while enforcing rules and overseeing daily operations of recreation areas. Responsibilities include organizing and facilitating various recreational activities, ensuring participant safety, and completing necessary documentation like incident reports and progress evaluations.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a commitment to working specific schedules, including four days a week, during the school year, and throughout the summer. Applicants must also understand and implement behavior management principles and maintain the physical capacity to interact with youth and operate standard office equipment.
